  • “User” refers to any individual accessing the Platform.
  • “Business User” refers to merchants, stores, or companies subscribing to OFFERS services.
  • “Content” includes offers, advertisements, videos, images, and text published on the Platform.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. Business Users confirm they are legally authorized to represent their business.

3. Services Provided

OFFERS provides digital marketing and advertising solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Offer listings and promotions
  • Video advertising campaigns
  • Influencer and user-generated content campaigns
  • Social media exposure
  • Subscription-based advertising services

OFFERS does not guarantee specific sales results or revenue outcomes.

4. Account Registration

Users and Business Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. OFFERS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

5. Subscription, Payments & Fees

  • Subscription fees are payable in advance as per the selected plan.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • OFFERS reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice.
  • Promotional or free periods do not create future obligations.

6. Business Content Responsibility

Business Users are solely responsible for:

  • Accuracy and legality of offers and advertisements
  • Compliance with UAE laws and regulations
  • Ensuring offers are honored as advertised

OFFERS reserves the right to remove or reject content that violates policies or laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform technology, branding, trademarks, logos, and software are the exclusive property of OFFERS.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.

Business Users grant OFFERS a non-exclusive right to display their content for promotional purposes during the subscription period.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Publish false, misleading, or unlawful content
  • Misuse the Platform for spam or fraud
  • Interfere with platform security or performance
  • Violate intellectual property rights

Violations may result in immediate account termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

OFFERS shall not be liable for:

  • Business losses, lost profits, or indirect damages
  • Service interruptions or technical errors
  • User-generated content or third-party actions

Use of the Platform is at the user’s own risk.

10. Termination

OFFERS may suspend or terminate access at any time if these Terms are breached. Business Users remain responsible for outstanding fees.

11. Privacy

Use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.

13. Amendments

OFFERS reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
